Rick White brings a wealth of construction experience and technical knowledge to every project.  He has led many teams to deliver on-time and on-budget performance for projects of all kinds.  His 40+ years of building experience is unsurpassed in providing pre-construction, design management, program management, and construction services for complex state-of-the-art facilities.

Rick’s expertise in new, ground-up construction, and extensive renovations of California hospitals under the jurisdiction of OSHPD, as well as medical office buildings, research and medical laboratories, clinics, cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, and hospitality adds depth and commitment to the projects he leads.  A true builder, Rick understands how things go together from high-end finishes to complicated MEP Systems.

Oskar, as a decorated Combat Veteran brings over 20+ years of experience in the military and private sector that includes vast knowledge in art and science of planning and operations, resource management, leadership training, and professional development as part of his core skills. His extensive work in developing and forming leaders at different organizational levels is enhanced by his Master’s Degree in Leadership and Disaster Management; foundational in providing structured and formative training and creating effective cross functional teams.
