Mitch is a leader in the private and military sector in Program Management/Construction Management (PM/CM), Construction Site Inspection, Program Analysis, Scheduling, Resource Management, and Operations Management with a proven ability to interact and collaborate with multiple levels of management, government agencies, and diverse cultural audiences in high tempo environments.

He has extensive experience managing Design-Build activities on multiple vertical (office buildings, maintenance facilities, medical clinics, schools, etc.) and horizontal (roads, airfields) and well as infrastructure (power transmission, water, wastewater, and telecommunication) for the Federal Government.

Combat Veteran, Retired Lieutenant Colonel; US Army Engineer Officer with 33 years of experience in the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
